Abstract

The epistemological and technological transformations characterizing teacher education necessitate a rethinking of teachingpractices. Storytelling emerges as a valuable tool for meaning-making and experience mediation, contributing to the formation of identity. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining the production and sharing of narratives, offering new educational perspectives. This paper analyzes AI as a “narrative mirror,” presenting the experience conducted with teachers involved in educational support training courses. The training activities promoted the creation of inclusive and collaborative learning environments, using platforms such as Book Creator and Padlet. The data highlight an increasing awareness among teachers of the pedagogical potential of technologies, with particular attention to the use of AI as a cognitive and narrative mediator, supporting inclusive and reflective instructional design.
