Quantitative results show that prior AI use is the strongest predictor of baseline creativity, with an inverse relationship between seniority and AICREA scores. Qualitatively, AI emerges as an enabler of organizational creativity. Both levels converge toward direct training implications for Digital Affective Literacy, restoring to educators their role as conscious mediators between algorithmic heartbeat and the human dimension of learning.

Keywords

AI-related creativity; Mixed method research; AICREA scale.

Bibliografia

Amabile, T.
